Website Development Project Plan

Our Website Development Project Plan is a six phase development process we standardized to ensure your project is handled properly from start to finish.

Stage 1 - Discovery
We introduce you to the World Wide Web, WCAG requirements, and update you on trends in technology. This is an opportunity for you to show us your vision of how you want to be represented to the world. We will help lay the groundwork to create that vision.

Deliverables include:
	Analysis of current Web site
	Brief on our Approach and plan of action
	Agreement to complete Strategy and Blueprint stages

Stage 2 - Strategy
In this stage, we work together to determine how we can reach your goals by creating a "needs analysis" and establishing the groundwork for production. The results of this phase will lead us to the implementation of a customized business solution.

Deliverables include:
	Design Analysis
	Brief on Strategy
	Budget estimate

Stage 3 - Blueprint
We will define the scope and requirements of the project. We develop a visual blueprint that encompasses your site's navigation, look and feel, and the mechanics behind it.

Deliverables include:
	Graphic Page Mockups, if desired
	Mock-up of Splash Screen, if desired
	Identification of graphics images
	Proposal for completion of Stages 4 - 6

Stage 4 - Construction
In this stage we use our tools to build your site from the blueprint that our partnership has developed. We take the time to refine and test the site to ensure it is the perfect solution for your business.

Deliverables include:
	Schedule for Deliverables
	Artwork
	Accessibility and Usability Testing
	Video and audio files
	Forms for collection of visitor data
	Databases to support secure shopping, client records, etc.
	Web pages created from your content

Stage 5 - Launch
This is when we unveil your site to the world. Your vision of an efficient and productive web site is realized. Your current and prospective customers can now have direct access to your business through your digital storefront.

Deliverables include:
	Functional Web Site
	Web Administrator training

Stage 6 - Vision Fulfillment
No vision is complete if you're not sharing it with new customers. In this stage, we develop ways for your message to reach your target market by using our expertise to advertise and e-market your site. We can also provide ongoing follow-up evaluations of your web site so you can track its progress.

	Website hosting and setup
	Search engine meta-tags, keywords, titles, descriptions
	Search engine registration
	Ongoing Web marketing, if desired
