Target Corporation Lawsuit
This article details the lawsuit filed against the Target department store chain by the National Federation for the Blind. The suit alleged that Target's web site was inaccessible to the blind and violated the American's With Disabilities Act. A federal ruling in 2006 required online businesses to meet the terms of the ADA.
